I built my site in static HTML/CSS out of habit and also because I was having problems finding solutions for a bilingual site. I've found a potent WP tutorial and a multilingual plug-in so I'm working on converting my site to CMS.
J'ai fait mon site en HTML/CSS statique par habitude mais aussi parce que je n'arrivais pas à trouver une solution pour un site bilingue avec un CMS. J'ai trouvé un tutoriel de Wordpress potable et un plug-in multilingue alors je travaille maintenant à convertir mon site.
